DomainHostSSL provides web hosting / vps server / cloud vps / dedicted hosting server / domain registration to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All clients of DomainHostSSL are subject to the following terms of service:

Any valuation of our Terms Of Service will lead to Immediate service suspension.

You agree to use all DomainHostSSL services and facilities at your own risk. DomainHostSSL specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall DomainHostSSL be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold DomainHostSSL harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against DomainHostSSL, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DomainHostSSL against liabilities arising out of Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with DomainHostSSL's server.

DomainHostSSL reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers. Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party Copyright infringement any defective products sold to customer from DomainHostSSL's server. DomainHostSSL shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.


At this time we bill monthly, and annually, depending upon the plan. for hosting, vps, cloud - in the first 5 days full refund (except ordering plan that clearly state that there is no refund on that product in the order description when you order,

we don't provide any refund for dedicated hosting server, also if you want to cancelled your dedicated hosting server, you will need to update us at least 7 days before the due date.

any product can be cancel at anytime, if you do a paypal subscribe, you will berespond to cancel the subscription on time!, no refund will be received after that date.!

NO spam/email marketing / ddos Attacks or any illegal activity is allowed! - we have monitor scripts that monitor and suspend vps for this ! or if we will receive any complaint from our data center, this will lead to immediately account termination without any refund.


Rules Resgards Public Proxy and Maximum Network Open Ports (Updated 7 August 2015)

We Allow Tun/Tap/PPP/OpenVPN/Private Proxy for personal use only. No Public Proxy Allowed ! - It's open lots of network connection that can harm our customers - So it's not allowed ! and no refund will be receiving in this case at all.


About Maximum Network Connection per VPS: No more then 15000 open connection is allowed at any giving time to allow quality of service to our customers.


We accept Paypal. Clients are encouraged to pay by paypal as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time. you can pay for one month or subscribe using paypal, Their are no contract periods but for each successive period,if you choose to paypal subscribe your contract is automatically renewed unless we canceled you service using control panel or cancel your paypal subscribe.

Late Payments:

No late payments, All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated on. If you will not pay for service renew in 3 days after deactivation, your account will be suspended. If you will not pay for service renew in 5 days after deactivation, your account will be terminated. You will receive an email reminder 5 days till deactivation.

Acceptable Use Policy:

All services provided by DomainHostSSL may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DomainHostSSL and its employees from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are suspended from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken. Pornography is prohibited on all DomainHostSSL servers. This includes sites that include sexually explicit or hardcore images and/or advertising.

Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company.

Subscriber further acknowledges that the company's liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.

Illegality In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material. Undesirable Content Certain types of content are not allowed on our network. We do not host adult content of any description. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software, audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the resources or you have a right to distribute the materials. Accounts suspended due to content or AUP violation are not refunded under any circumstances.


DomainHostSSL shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from DomainHostSSL servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, DomainHostSSL shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of DomainHostSSL servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

Content , Data Restriction Policy

DomainHostSSL is not accountable for any data on the VPS. We recommend clients keep their own personal backups of any data on their VPS. DomainHostSSL will not be held accountable for data loss for the following reasons: -Suspension or termination due to resource/network abuse -Suspension or termination due to non-payment or late payment. -Suspension or termination due to acceptable use -Hardware failures -Power outages -Acts of God. Resource/Node Abuse reserves the right to cancel or suspend any account at which EaseVPS deems to be abusive or over-using resources which are outlined in the respective Customer's service plan. VPS accounts are subject to suspension without notice if said VPS account is found to be abusing the VPS node's resources. These included but are not limited to: -IO Abuse -Network abuse -CPU abuse -Memory abuse. The following services/programs are not allowed on our VPS accounts. This list is a follows but not limited to: (1)Spam services (kowingly committing the act of mass unsolicited mail) , (2)DOS attacks , (3)Torrent/seed boxes , (4)Runescape Bots.

Indemnification and VPS Backup Storage

DomainHostSSL provides automatic backup for all of our services, We do not however remain responsibility for any Corrupted backups or Incomplete Data. Thus may be caused by A. Client Activity during Live Backup Progress , B. Network Lag spike or failure to resolve.DomainHostSSL will not be held liable for such causes, Nor shall we or any third parties be liable for Data loss. We provide daily backups as a Free alternative but we always recommend storing your personal backups of Data. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold DomainHostSSL, and the employees and agents of Company DomainHostSSL (each an Indemnified Party) against any losses, legal fees, claims, data-loss, damages, liabilities, penalties, actions, proceedings or judgments (collectively, Losses) to which an Indemnified Party may become subject and which Losses arise out of, or relate to this Agreement or Customers use of the Services and Products, and will reimburse an Indemnified Party for all legal and other expenses, including attorneys fees incurred by such Indemnified Party in connection with investigating, defending or settling any Loss whether or not in connection with pending or threatened litigation in which such Indemnified Party is a party.


DomainHostSSL cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by DomainHostSSL are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by DomainHostSSL are not directly owned or written by DomainHostSSL. Moreover, DomainHostSSL holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as DomainHostSSL sees fit. FURTHERMORE, DomainHostSSL retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.

Dedicated Hosting Server Policy:

No refunds for dedicated hosting servers will be given to any client at any given time. Refunds for dedicated servers are prohibited. Dedicated server sales are non-refundable.

1. Cancellation, We reserves the right to terminate service at any time. If an account is terminated for a policy violation there will be no refund.

Customers can cancel service at any time within their contract limitations. Cancellation requests should be sent via email or through the portal. Only "primary" authorized contacts/individuals will be authorized to cancel an account.
If the client requests cancellation, their account will be terminated immediately unless they specifically state they wish the account to be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle or at a future date. If the client specifies immediate account termination or fails to define when the account should be cancelled, DomainHostSSL reserves the right to terminate service without notice.

 Cancellation notice from the client must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled service renewal date. If service is cancelled with less than 7 days remaining before scheduled service renewal, the service will renew for 1 additional month automatically.

2. Policy Violation
Should a policy violation occur, we reserves the right to terminate the account without notice and without any refunds. The client in violation will be held responsible for any damages to US, including but not limited to, Domain Host SSL or system, servers, connectivity, reputation, business, service, network, operations, or equipment.

3. Data Loss and Backups
The client is responsible for keeping all data backups on a remote system. We not responsible for any lost files, information, or data. The client acknowledges that hardware is mechanical and that, by nature, mechanical hardware is prone to failure.

4. Server Management
The client understands that we provide unmanaged server, if you like you can order our server management service for $60/Month. We holds no responsibility should a server be hacked, exploited, cracked, or in any other way become damaged due to client or 3rd party actions. /p>

We reserves the right to decline management services should the client, client's staff, or any person(s) the client has allowed access to the server, disrupt proper server functioning. This policy includes all software and configuration files residing on said server.
